For more than six years, the GOER participates actively in the framework of a constant cooperation program between volunteer rescue groups in Argentina, offering various grants in the medical and rescue groups in height colleagues who need material assistance to perform more security in some of their tasks.

This coupled with a program fully parallel training gratuitito that since its inception GOER holds for these groups and government agencies such as military, law enforcement, firefighters, etc., seeks not only to save lives through education, but also provide the necessary materials to many of these entities, with the aim of not only provide a high level of security and sophistication through the use of suitable material, but also the incorporation of updated and tested various techniques for the proper use of the material. This approach seeks to optimize both operational and performance (through security and specific equipment) to various groups SAR rescue missions or similar.

Being part of a national strategic plan that the GOER maintained since its inception, with the sole purpose of strengthening the operation of rescue groups that need it in different areas of the country, that ah accelerating the processes of response and autonomy in an emergency making them less dependent of foreign aid or support from other units. This undoubtedly follows directly from the speed, quality and operability of the rescue units or agencies at the time of saving a life.

In 2011, the registration opens GOER similar entities wishing to participate in the Annual Giving program, which this year (as in other past), will be donated rescue stretchers SKEDCO and Ranger Sked Sked .

Terms & Conditions:

1 - The GOER invites all professional rescuers from Argentina, to participate in the annual giving program GOER 2011, which will run from January 1 to February 25, 2011 . Applications for membership to this program will only be accepted during this period by the participants.
2 - May apply only 1 (one) member as a representative of each organization and / or unit, which shall have juridical personality.
3 - All those interested should send to our email address HERE , a cover letter explaining why they want to participate in the donation program GOER and what are their material within your unit, respecting all the terms and conditions of this grant program.
4 - may only be submitted the following agencies: Armed Forces / Law Enforcement / Fire / NGO's.
5 - conjunction with the clause number 4, may be submitted only rescue units such agency attesting performance: Technical Rescue (Vertical, HazMat, etc.) / SAR / CSAR. These units must have a minimum of 6 (six) permanent members.
6 - units applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 4 (four) years of verifiable information. (Constitutive Act, Statute, Code of Operations, Payroll Member Registration IGJ, etc.) Exclusive.
7 - applicants units must report on their scope and responsibilities of the current group.
8 - GOER The steering committee jointly evaluate each case to all applicants entities, which must provide the required information on their organizations. The GOER shall designate which organizations (up to 2) will benefit from the donation program and assign the materials to be donated at the discretion of the steering committee and / or special requests of the applicant.
9 - Those organizations benefit from the material cited above, will be duly notified to each representative of the unit via e-mail (Email) or by telephone.
10 - The donation of materials shall be made within 30 days after the deadline for submission of requests and the same will be delivered personally to each unit GOER officials. In the case where the beneficiary is within the scope of the Federal Capital or Suburbs of the City of Buenos Aires, delivery will be free. If the beneficiary is within the country, who must bear the expenses of transfer / instructors (as appropriate) of the GOER to his hometown, which will provide free training as relevant to the subject of donation. The number of instructors varies with the number of operators wishing to receive training and certification in the use of / equipment.
11 - The beneficiaries of the donation program, will accept advertising from their names, document numbers and the publicity photo for the GOER want to perform on this program, in any media.
