Madeleine, the Book of Kate: No. 1 in the list of best-selling fiction.
Perhaps above all other cases, the missing girl Madeleine McCann, is the greatest tragedy that surrounds and MYSTERY.
Regardless of what really happened to the little girl, the facts surrounding his disappearance and whereabouts today are not only unknown, but in the absence of any evidence or discovery enlightening spectacular, very probably remain so forever .

We know this because the then Police Inspector leading the investigation, Gonçalo Amaral , was fired after complaining about the "interference" of the British Government in the case, allowing the British papers to clarify and explain the whole thing is in fact, a "Slow Portuguese Lush" and we refer to him forever as the "Poli Disgraced Maddie case."
also know that this report must be inaccurate because that nice man Richard Desmond (owner of Express newspapers, among others) he decided to republish some of the Portuguese press reports about the case, based on this report PJ, then went on to give to the McCanns and their friends almost ONE MILLION POUNDS ESTERILNAS among all, all of which ended in the bottom of Kate & Gerry ... (PERDÓN. .. I mean the bottom "Looking for Madeleine.") 
Desmond, a man who enjoys a reputation as an individual and TERRIBLE BOLD made his newspapers explain that in fact "had not no evidence whatsoever" to support the theory that the McCanns were involved in the death or disappearance of Madeleine, stating they were " completely innocent of any involvement ."
Along with economic arrangements (for a lawsuit or even came to the jurisdiction of the Courts), the papers also included a host of covers of apology, an act described as "unprecedented " by the commentator Media, Roy Greenslade.
(Interestingly, despite the fact that many other newspapers and publications published reviews and in some cases identical, MUCH MORE arson, escaped both of the censorship and litigation.)

I had to do this sketch that first night I mean, I was taken to make the sketch, but I only had, errm ... software face, so ... you know ... and at that point I said, you know, is there? ... "I can do? ... because the clothes and it was the thing ... was what was most in my mind and then I remember telling the guy I met on the stairs above ......"

But of course, the main reason why we know that Tavares de Almeida report is wrong is that in June 2008, the Portuguese led to another, final report, submitted to the Attorney General, (although surprisingly, this did not mention that invalidated the first, report "provisional" and actually uses much of its original contents, without specific findings of Almeida, of course).
This is the report, which the "Team McCann", newspapers and British media " exonerates" the McCanns of any involvement in the disappearance of her daughter. We know this because Clarence constantly refers to this report whenever you want to enhance their clients' innocence.
tabloid headlines and serious newspapers such as " police Madeleine McCann Kate and Gerry exempts to file the case " (The Telegraph) "Kate Gerry McCann exempt from the disappearance of Madeleine " (Sunday Times), "Kate and Gerry exonerated" (The People) and "Maximum Portuguese Police Authority prepared to exonerate Kate and Gerry" (The Sun) are quite unequivocal in their message: that the Portuguese finally admit what the British press, the McCanns and their supporters have been saying all along, is that Kate and Gerry are not involved in the disappearance of her daughter and Authorities Portuguese were clearly inept, "he drunken Portuguese ents" as they were often described.

That's not exactly true. The report makes clear that there were "inconsistencies " surrounding the statements and testimonies of the McCanns and their friends , and that these inconsistencies could easily have been highlighted and addressed if it were not for the "lack of cooperation miscellaneous relevant witnesses."
comes to saying that the Portuguese fought for a reconstruction or reconstitution "key facts, but they could not do it because" some of the key members of the McCann holiday group "were not willing to return to Portugal .
The report goes on to specify that there were clear inconsistencies and irregularities with some of the statements made by the McCanns and their friends, hence the need for reconstruction particularly in relation to Jane Tanner's statements relating his alleged sighting of a "suspected kidnapper, commenting in particular that at that time, Gerry McCann and TV producer Jeremy Wilkins were in the same" small space ", but none of them saw or Tanner or the alleged abductor.
The report also suggests that reconstruction was necessary to determine how and when a kidnapper could have done, given the regularity and frequency of checks being made on children, as stated by the McCanns and their friends. The report certainly clear not only of this testimony, but also the ability of any kidnapping to enter and leave the apartment as proposed by McCann, through a small window of the apartment as is suggested, while carrying a child.
More importantly, suggests that the facts as presented by the McCanns and their friends contained inconsistencies and irregularities in relation to the whole period from 17.30 in the afternoon in question ("last time Madeleine and the twins were seen by someone other than their parents "), until about 22:00 when he denounced the disappearance of Madeleine.
